You are SO right about the Breaks Interstate luxury cabins. We stayed last January and had a wonderful time — really great trails, beautiful overlooks of the Grand Canyon of the East, and the cabins are spectacular, with vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Glad you featured this off the beaten path place that was totally worth the drive!
